Twist and turn down the purple haze
The portal swirls eternal back two thousand years
The devout finds himself upon the fated hill
Behold Golgotha, where blood shall run

They approach with their spikes
Driven through the hands of Christ
Crimson seeps into the sands below
And time begins to slow
Excruciating pain, a devil's pleasure
Upon sight of the crucifix, he did come

Here for thee, a king! A crown to pierce your skin
The crown of agony donned in sardonic fashion
The ichor oozes from his skull to this toes torn
"Partake", sayeth the whispers once more
Beneath the disciple's tongue did a bulge grow
A vial materialized from nothing
And partake the disciple did

To seal this act, the eyes of God set upon his child
And the disciple kissed from his father's lips
Drinking the blood that pooled in his mouth
His cup overfloweth
"Go now", it sang "back to where you belong,
in the time of your Lord 2022"
Tears began to flow on the disciple's face
To lay eyes upon creation itself
And so soon must he depart
With a final union, he came again
